Blueberry Crumble Cheesecake

Whole Cake (7”/ 8 servings)

This cake started out as a seasonal item, but was too good to be reserved for summer month only. Made with a vanilla crust, fermented cashew cheese blueberry filling, topped with blueberry jam and a vanilla pecan crumble.

Ingredients:
Blueberries, cashews, probiotic, , lemon, maple syrup, cocoa powder, coconut flour, tigernut flour, erythritol, salt, coconut oil, cocoa butter, vanilla, pecans.
