Mango, orange juice, coconut oil. coconut cream, cashews, probiotic, agar-agar powder, erythritol (contains cornstarch), vanilla extract, cardamom, sea salt, coconut flakes, maple syrup, coconut sugar, coconut flour, cacao butter, lucuma powder.

Fermented cashew cheese is a process in which cashews are pre-soaked in water and then blended with water and a probiotic starter (in this case, powder), which then ferments for 24 hours. This results in an aerated cheese which is much lighter and easier to digest, and introduces good bacteria to your gut.
