Bright and bursting with flavour. Made with two layers of fermented cashew cheese on a chocolate hazelnut crust.

Ingredients:
Cashews, raspberries, hazelnuts. probiotic, organic gluten-free oat flour, cocoa powder, organic coconut sugar, organic cacao butter, erythritol, lemon, pure vanilla extract, organic coconut oil, natural raspberry flavour extract, organic beetroot powder.

Allergens: Hazelnuts and cashews.

Fermented cashew cheese is a process in which cashews are pre-soaked in water and then blended with water and a probiotic starter (in this case, powder), which then ferments for 24 hours. This results in an aerated cheese which is much lighter and easier to digest, and introduces good bacteria to your gut.
